Elektrėnuose Kalėdų eglė buvo įžiebta gruodžio 7 dieną, Lietuvos Valstybės Atkūrimo Šimtmečio aikštėje. Šventės tema – „Žinutės iš kosmoso“ – simbolizavo inovacijas, kosmines keliones ir atradimus.

The Christmas tree in Elektrėnai was lit on December 7 in the Centennial Square of the Restoration of the State of Lithuania. The theme of the celebration, "Messages from Space," symbolized innovation, space travel, and discoveries.
